Been hosting a property for almost 3 years. Neighboring a church which suddenly appears to have nightly services that used to run till midnight. I have had to call the cops, write to local districts, and file formal complaints as the services are full of what can be described as loud wailing. Guests complain, and now there is a light they added to shine into our primary bedroom window causing discomfort to guests.

I learned that the owner of the location leases it to multiple churches, but also that they had attempted to purchase this airbnb when it was up for sale and now I'm wondering if there is an intent to damage the business of our airbnb.

Anywho, just frustrated as another 4 star review to a 2 year run of 5 star stellar reviews hits our listing. Cops wont do anything cause 'its a church'. Local district member have said little in response to my videos of disruption and noise. I'm beginning to think I should just cut the chord and look at alternative sources of income or long term rent it.

Has anyone had anything like this happen? What was your solution?

What a lovely Monday. Flight was delayed, then while boarding I find out that my seat 8F was assigned to someone else and I’m moved to 22B. I typically keep quiet about the shitty service and constant delays. 10yrs EP and ready to go elsewhere
