Here are my tonsils after surgery! OMG

I feel a deep and huge space there. I wonder how many stones were sitting inside and for how long. I got it done yesterday. I can't even clean my tongue.

FINALLY GOT the tonsillectomy after 2 attemps.

I got it done yesterday. I'm on day 1. Pain 3/10. Only when I swallow. When I don't swallow there's no pain.

Hope my recovery goes fast and smooth. Good luck to everyone going through this surgery. 😊🙏

I see a big big space down there! I was scared as soon as see them ngl.

Less than 24 hours before my tonsillectomy. This is it!

Man, I just wish I could end this misery successfully. Less than 24 hours before surgery. Doctor told me no to eat anything after 9pm today. I can't drink water either the day of the surgery. I think it has to do with the anesthesia. I feel sad and excited at the same time. I feel like my life is on hold. People say you get your life back once you heal from the surgery. Idk i just wanted to share how I feel. And I hope Y'all have a good and smooth recovery. Bless!

How long until your tonsillectomy?

I had my consultation with the ENT last Wednesday. He told me he needed to get a quote from the hospital for the operating room, coordinate everything with the anesthesia team, and then schedule a date for the surgery.

Today is Wednesday, and I still haven't heard back. Is it normal for this process to take this long? How long did it take for you?

I'm getting the tonsillectomy in 2 weeks. Man, I'm 32 years old.

Idc about the pain. The benefits after it should help me handle it. What should I do to be prepared and ready for this surgery? I can't live with these fkng tonsil stones man.
