Fellow Cooks of the parentage, lend me your soy/dairy/corn free recipes, concerns, dos and don'ts

Baby's GI consult today yielded the advice that Mom should cut dairy, soy, and corn for a month. I am the primary cook of the house.

Mom is an overproducer, exclusively pumping. We aren't against going formula if this falls through. Her biggest concerns are "I put cheese on everything, making sure I get enough calcium" and meal prepping, since she's relied on her workplaces cafeteria for lunches, so meal prep items get bonus points.

Hit me with any advice you'd give another dadchef approaching this for the first time.

Common Blue Violets paying off

Only yard in the neighborhood that's not nuked their Common Blue Violet infestation. Also the only yard to have seen the Great Spangled Fritillary enjoy said violets.

Violets have long since died off for the season, so our visitor stopped by for some BigBox Flavored Petunias

New Router recommendations

I wanted to drop some coin on a good router. Got a dud in trying ASUS RT-BE92U and want to try again. I have a 1400 sqft ranch. Router is up high in a central point in the basement. Several rooms hardwired. No APs yet. I have a 2GB fiber connection. i3 Modem into my own TP Link router. I just want a solid router that can take full advantage of my speeds. I'm seeing a lot of Unifi Dream Router 7. Any other recs?

Hit a bigger stick and lawnmower suddenly running half speed

Title. Hit stick, it still starts, but it's running basically at half speed now. If I trigger the auto drive, it basically slows to a stop.
