They look "ghostly" like that and they stay like that, depending on which direction I'm facing, any ideas on how to fix this permanently ?

I basically catched all my favorite pokemons and most legendaries, can breed and make any cool teams I want to enjoy/have fun/catch mons, my issue is that I don't really want to start a new world, instead I'm looking for new ideas/challenges to do, I catched all the unowns, vivillons/arbok/torterra variations, all eeveelutions, many shinies, any ideas to what I could do next?
I feel like many struggle with this at some point and rarely address it
(At the moment I'm working on catching all the starters and their evolutions and all deoxys' forms, but any new ideas in the meantime are welcomed)

I have both premiums already and I cannot get exclusive dragons, considering this, what dragons are merely worth to get this season?
I have 2 breeding pastures next to each other and the chests as well, but the contents inside are shown differently regardless of the amount, why?
So far I've been trying in the end because unowns and absols are level 45-50 on average, but is there any faster way to level up pokemons without candies or any other item?
