Looking for a tattoo artist who does water coloring tattoos? I want to do Umbreon and Espeon. Anyone have any recommendations for Central Valley or Bay Area? Don’t really wanna drive that far. I’m in Modesto and farthest i’d drive is probably 2 hours lol

I’ve had my car for 8 years and the paint chipping off on the hood of the front of my car. It’s a white Hyundai 2018 Elantra GT. Anyone have a good place to take my car to either paint or wrap that part? Anything recommended would be great! Thank you in advance!!
