My progress with restoreing these nightstands

Hi guys!

A few days ago, I made a post about ideas on how to restore these nightstands and I followed some of the advice. They are made fully of veneeer so I sanded them very lightly and then, after cleaning them, I finished them with one layer of Hardwax oil. I, most likely, will give them another layer of Hardwax oil and then I will probably either put very dark brass knobs or just darker wooden knobs on them. The photos are before, during the work, and after the oil.

Any toughts or tips?

Wild boar jaw

Hi, my dad and I found this wild boar's lower jaw in the woods while we were hiking. Does anyone have an idea on how one could determine the age of the animal based on it's jaw? We are thinking of using it as decoration or making some out of it.
