Conditions of hostel

This is one of the bathroom of Aravali hostel 1st floor that freshers get and today this happened in front of students

Imagine if someone was using the bathroom at this time

He would have been dead on the spot

It's no joke

Students crack the toughest exam of India to get into the Top Institute and this is the facility we get

Hostel facilities have been shit from the very start but they were tolerable but this is not

THIS IS SERIOUS

Someone could have died

I have used this bathroom before

A few days ago the drinking water pipeline was found contaminated

The message food is shit

Students got diarrhea and fever including me

Please raise your voice

Hostel needs to be renovated

4-ZONE RGB Lights only when disconnected from charger

Can someone tell me why do I only get the 4-Zone RGB lights when my laptop isn't connected to charger but changes to one colour only when I turn on the charger

Need help with the Income Certificate (FORM D UG)

Yesterday i got the welcome letter from IIT Delhi at around 2:30 PM on gmail and didnt opened gmail until 6PM and then i saw that the Form D requires the sign and seal with date of either First Class Magistrate/ SDO/ BDO/ TEHSILDAR and the place where i live the office is closed on Saturday and Sunday and i need to submit these before 20th of July (monday)

What do i do now

Touchpad delay in my laptop

Recently, I have been facing a issue where the trackpad of my laptop starts delaying and it's really annoying it just happens sometimes and fix itself and starts happening again

I have tried unplugging the charger and it doesn't work (someone recommended this)

If you know how to fix please it would be a big help

Accidently deleted Recovery Folder in C Drive

Recently I am having a lot of storage shortage in my C drive

So I was cleaning it and I saw a Folder named Recovery and the last modified date was 2025 (I didn't even had this laptop in 2025) so I thought it's a useless folder and just to double check I clicked alt enter and saw 0 bytes of storage was being covered so I just permanently deleted it and somehow I saw 5 gb of the data being deleted.

Now I am scared as this laptop isn't mine, it's my father's

Is that folder necessary for important tasks

Is there any way I can recover that if it's important for laptop.

I also checked the recycle bin it wasn't there as I permanently deleted it

What even is the rank inflation this year

What do you mean everyone was saying that the paper was difficult than last year and rank vs marks should be determined by a factor of 0.95 but now I see my result and I am getting 24k at 100 marks.
