Filet Mignon (Pork) for Canning
Hello I picked up four fillet mignon (tenderloin) at the supermarket for 20 euros which I think is a good price. Will this be suitable for canning. I haven't ever canned tenderloin only stewing pork. Will it be to dry or too tender and break apart? Thank you all in advance for your advice. xx
Quick question from a teacher/worksheet creator.
Has AI reached the point where it can create simple, fun sketches of animals talking to each other for children’s worksheets?
I’m thinking of little cartoon video scenes one to three minutes long. Like a cat asking a question, a fox and rabbit having a short dialogue, animals introducing vocabulary, that kind of thing.
Has anyone found a good way to do this without it becoming weird, inconsistent, or scary?
What would be the best AI route to explore?
I am NOT AI
I recently made a short “I’m not AI” video for my story narration channel, and I wanted to explain why.
It wasn’t meant as an attack on technology, or as a grand dramatic stand against the robots marching over the hill with microphones. It was much simpler than that.
I narrate stories ghost stories, classic stories, mystery, horror, life, love, strange little tales from the past and I know that when people choose to listen, they are giving something genuinely valuable: their time.
So I wanted people to know that the voice they are hearing belongs to a real person. A real narrator. Someone choosing the stories, reading them carefully, trying to give them warmth, atmosphere, feeling, and respect.
There are so many AI voices online now that I think listeners can feel unsure about what they are hearing. I didn’t want anyone who spends time with my channel to wonder whether they are listening to a person or a generated voice.
The video was simply my way of saying: yes, it’s me. A real human being, probably with tea nearby, trying to build a little corner of the internet for people who enjoy being read to.
If people are kind enough to invest their time in my stories, then I want to invest my time in finding, reading, and sharing stories that I hope will bring them enjoyment, comfort, curiosity, and a little escape.
That’s really the heart of it. Happy listening and hope you all have a wonderful weekend.
What's your view on AI voices? I know they are getting better but will they ever really replace the human?
Audiobook Horror Story:Audiobook Ghost Story: The Empty House, Algernon Blackwood
n The Empty House, Algernon Blackwood creates a masterclass in suspense and atmosphere as two investigators enter an abandoned house feared by everyone around it. What begins as an evening of exploration soon becomes an encounter with something far older and more disturbing than either of them expected.
If you could domesticate any cryptid which would it be and why?
If you could domesticate any cryptid which would it be an why? Would you be looking for a new guard dog man? Or help around the garden and building site with the old man of the woods? Maybe trade in your air ballon for a moth? Just interested to know. I think i'd go for a help in hand in the garden and make friends with big foot. Lord knows it's back breaking work when you're a wimp like me. xx
