Busy baking day: I made old fashioned apple cake with brown sugar frosting. I also baked a samosa pie for dinner

I used King Arthur's Baking for the cake and frosting. It called for boiled cider which I never seen before for a recipe but was easy to make and makes the house smell so good.

I used New York Tines recipe for the samosa pie, its super easy to follow. Need a couple hours to make it so that it has enough time to cool.
