Stop testing products 1000 other dropshippers are testing as well. It doesn't work Billy Bub.

You only lost 3k? I've spent 150K+ on my ecom journey/education. Good luck
Best advise I can give you:

  1. Find a product, ask yourself this question 10x: Can I create a unique offer that will be profitable?
If the answer is no, find a product until the answer is yes. If you can't find a product after you've tested a load of them, create your own product or twist of a product, then create the offer.

  2. Once you have Product with Great Offer, create a brand.

  3. Dropshipping the way it's taught is dead. You can't copy paste the same offer that 1million dropshippers are doing the same with. It's not sustainable. If you're getting into ecommerce, you need brand building.

  4. Brand building doesn't mean finding a product and slapping a logo on it. Brand building is what I just talked about in 1 and 2. Product + Great Offer + Brand = Now you're doing dropshipping correctly.

Be careful and stop waisting your money. It's not about finding a good product. It's about finding a product YOU can create a great offer with.

PS: What's a great offer? Example: You're selling a diaper. 1000 people are selling the diaper so meta will not let you convert. Yes there is demand already but you have to create your own leverage. How can you sell the diaper and be profitable? Selling a pack of 3 diapers. Oh but now 500 people are doing the same. You still have the same issue. How can you leverage? Sell 3 diapers and a basketball. now 200 people doing the same. Now what? Sell a diaper+basketball+ 1 year subscription to burger king + a pencil, also we call this the Mega Premium Bundle + I slap a professional logo on it with branded content and UGCs. Now only 5 people doing it. Leverage, now you can profit.

Branding: Can someone give me a branding strategy to get organic followers on IG? Trying to grow brand and product. Plz no ChatGPT

Many people around me build businesses and grow their instagram incredibly fast, growing with real organic followers. When I try to do it, I don’t gain 1 follower. Is it because my account is business? I don’t understand…. Please give me a strategy that actually works, I have a product and I want to create a strong social media presence to market my brand and product. Posting everyday is not good advise for me. I try it, it doesn’t work although I see people posting memes and images every day and get bunch of adds. Wtf ?

My kids complained that some older kids at school were making fun of them. Looking to teach them how to communicate effectively without being aggressing in difficult situation. Anybody knows a good book that focused on social dynamics and friends for kids around 8-12 years of age?

I'm tired of everyone saying the same thing and acting like there is 1 strategy for every business out there. For the past few months I've been watching a lot of videos, asking a lot of questions, and testing different strategies on Meta. Recently I've tested many different products, niches, and from landing $1,000+ CPM to lowering it to $60 CPM I think something has finally clicked. Not saying I know everything but this will definitely help a beginner. I have burned thousands and the past month I burnt probably $5K so you don't have to. Let me reframe: "META burned my budget lmao"

Feel free to comment and ask questions about my strategy, Here we go:

  1. ABO is a must. Whoever tells you start with CBO, is out of their minds. Yeah I said it. Go put your CBO up your CBHoles. So in the beginning the 2 things you need to do is find a winner ad creative and find a winner interest. NO!, META WILL NOT FIND THE WINNER AD CREATIVE. Meta will spend all your budget to the ad creative that has most engagement so BE CAREFUL. (go to #2)

  2. Meta acts like a funnel, so if you have 4 ad creatives, even if they are in different campaigns it will think to use them in the same audience, that's why sometimes 1 ad will work one day and the other ad will work another day because it's funneling. So to fix this which will burn your budget and it's what most people complain about, you need to do every MANUAL first, until meta gets enough data. (go to #3)

  3. Remember the goal in the start is for YOU, not META, to find the winner ad creative and the winner interest. Don't overcomplicate in the start. Lets say you have 1 product, do this:

1 ABO > 5 dif interests > 5 Ad Creatives ( all the same creatives in each interest )

Oh but what happens if 1 creative gets all the spend???? No one ever responds to this, no guru. Ok, so if you have a lot of creatives in an adset and meta is spending on the same creative in all the adsets and not spending on the others, this is how you fix it:

1 ABO > 5 dif interests > 1 Ad Creative per adset.

This is force Meta to spend on each adset so YOU, not META, can find your winner Ad Creative.

That's all you're doing when testing a product. you don't do one CBO and burn through 1 ad creative. That's wrong.

also, you don't create bunch of campaigns and TOF, BOF, MOF, Retargeting, none of that.

Find the winner ad creative. and Find the winner interest. You can have 1-5+ interests Doesn't matter, depends on your budget. and I would test Broad adset as well.

Final Example:

>ABO Campaign<

>Interest Ad sets<

-pickle juice > Img 01

-apples > Img 02

-bananas > Img 03

-dancing dragons > Vid 01

-jiggly > Vid 02

-maple syrup > Img 04

-EF-U > Img 05

-Broad > You can put all creatives in here, see which ones meta thinks is a winner.

amen
