I don't get lash extensions very much. Had them for only 3 times in total: the first in June 2023, then in December 2024, and the most recent being in July 2025.

My natural lashes have never been long, but they weren't really short either. But now, they're quite short. The density hasn't changed, but they've never grown back to their previous length. I don't really curl my lashes, and I put wear mascara and falsies no more than like 5 times a year.

Is this normal and what's the reason behind this? Is there a way to make them grow longer?

Edit:
I just realized that my previous set likely had a few spikes applied incorrectly. When they started falling off, I would notice that some of them had two of my natural lashes attached instead of one. Is that enough reason for my natural lashes to never get back to their original length?

Just wanted to ask if washing my hair just 24 hours after a perm is fine since it seems like a short time frame compared to the usual 2-3 days of waiting. I trust that she knows what she's doing given that she's the expert, but I just wanted some confirmation.

Also, the ends of my hair at the bottom half of my head closer to my neck couldn't really hold the curls for whatever reason. Which sucks because what I got done was a C-curl perm. But that's not the hairdresser's fault since I got my hair rebonded a year and a half ago and she told me at the very start of the session before we even began the treatment that there was a chance that my hair might not curl properly, so I had realistic expectations. I just want to know how to style my hair so it holds a curl at the end.

I wasn't told to have any specific routines or to use any specific products for maintenance other than to twist my hair while I blowdry to define the curls. But since my hair didn't take the curl too well, what can I do to keep the ends curled all day?
