Started out by using ZO skincare. Now im doing a Simple prescription routine which is way more effective
Vanicream cleanser
Vitamin C Serum
Azelaic acid prescription 15%
Tretinoin cream .5%
Vanicream HA moisturizer
Estrogen cream prescription
The cheaper routine is much more effective than the expensive line!
So the standard dose for starting tirzepatide is 2.5 mg, I tried 0.125 mg which is tiny, but i had severe GI issues for several days.
Can anyone chime in and state if their GI issues went away?
I also noticed increase in anxiety, had this gone away for you?
For everyone asking for an update. I have done 5 treatments total thus far. I would probably do 1 or 2 more, we shall see. But here is my before and after.

However when I mapped my cheeks I realized you can either do an upswept pattern OR you can do a perfect straight contour line. How can I determine what will look best? Does anyone have photos you can share or tips?
I mapped both patterns so you can see what I mean in the pictures. I want a pretty cheek bone structure not anything thats going to look puffy or weird.
Sharing an update for those following my chin fat dissolving journey. Please take a look on prior posts to see how huge my chin was fo begin with lol. And also my prior posts have more comprehensive explanations and injection techniques. I want to continue with the aqualyx until the chin fat is completely gone. My last session was approx 1 week ago so there is some lingering swelling but the results are still great considering that. also no weightloss between photos, no surgery or fillers at all on face.
