Unable to access Chat Requests

I'm unable to access the chat requests even though my app is up-to-date. My chat settings is open for everyone but still the issue persists.

Today when I started my TV It wasn't Opening JioHotstar I thought it was App issue but now it's showing no internet connection available on the TV wifi. I use Ethernet for TV so removed and repluged it but same issue. The Wifi box is green the bills are paid but still. Is it happening to everyone or in just Pune or just me?
