Hi, we are looking for tidy and responsible housemates in the North Campus / Hyde Park area in a classic "Old Austin" vibe house, in a 4 bed 1 bath house.
We have one room available ($675 plus utilities) now and another room that will become available starting in August. There might be an increase in rent by a moderate amount starting in August.
- Close to UT Austin
- Very quiet neighborhood with proximity to many businesses (Wheatsville Coop, Thrift stores, Via 313, Ballroom, fairly close to Central Market and north of Pease Park)
- The house is unfurnished and the rooms are beautiful: very bright, big windows, wooden floor, neutral wall colors
- a classic Hyde Park/North Campus house
- Spacious house with front and backyard and large trees
- Washer and dryer in the house
Deposit - standard one month rent + application fee.
