Coworker sold me 4x16GB DDR5 for $200
He upgraded to 2x32GB and said he only wanted to sell it for what he paid. Also found out that I borked my machine at some point and my old kit was only running at 4800. I've managed to get these running at 6000 with zero stability issues

I terminated my service several months ago due to having PCS orders and Xfinity not servicing my new address. All equipment was turned in and I showed my orders. I asked multiple times and was assured there would be no additional charges.
Today I received I message from Xfinity stating my debt had been sold to a collection agency. I logged into my old account and saw the statement showing an ETF. No attempt was made to contact me regarding this. I called support and all they would do is give me a number to the collection agency.
This puts my work and security clearance at risk. What are my options? Is this not an SCRA violation?
