i bought a progresso light creamy chicken noodle soup which is labeled as 230 cals per 246g. but the weight came out to over double when i actually put it on my food scale. but i understand that the calories mainly come from the noodles and not the broth and vegetables.. should i trust the calories labeled or go by the total weight?
