“Unable to Deliver”

I’ve never had a seamless delivery from OnTrac. Over the winter, our neighbors found some of our packages at a house across town along with their own missing packages. The next time we had a delivery notification from OnTrac, it was at the same house. This house’s address is not similar in any way. Since then, every time a package is “out for delivery”, I end up getting a notification that says “Unable to Deliver, update delivery instructions” or “Unable to Deliver- Incomplete Address”. How can a logistics company be this incompetent?

Small Bumps on Rear Bumper

I have a brand new 2026 Pilot EX-L. On day one I noticed approximately 4 small, identically-sized bumps on the rear bumper. They look like screws are trying to push through from behind the bumper. I took it to the dealer and showed them, and they said they would contact Honda corporate to get approval to replace it.

A month later I got a call back saying it is not a defect, it is a “stamp” that is purposely put there for reasons unknown to the rep. I can’t find anything online about this, and it sounds like bullshit to me. Is it?
