every girl i see always has such clean nails, my nails r filed and shaped, cuticles cut most the time, but always and i mean always i have dirt or something under my nails and u see it bright as day, im constantly cleaning it and yet istg it never leaves, its like something im doing nonstop.

is everyone also just constantly cleaning it and never complaining or is there like a meta im missing here.

SOLVED, in a way
but i wanna keep the post up as theres so many people stuggling w the same thing!!

for general cleaning (for even if washing hands you still stuggle w dirt)
- nail brush (or a soft toothbrush)
- orange stick (small wood sticks w a slanted edge)

if youve got dry and gritty nails
- nail oil or ointments of sorts, see whats avail in ur country theres so many types

im open to any more suggestions anyones got :>

i have not touched u4s except for bio concetn revision, bcs ive got s1 on tuesday
if i dont get one of them out of the way im incredibly cooked.

just at the start due to the stress a few tears fallen not bawling. You push thru answers the questions (i believe it went pretty well, as i had a case which was not seen in any other interviewee (confirmed)) and near the end, basically when finished because of my shame of the tears and shaky voice i kinda tear down again but like im smiling n stuff, didnt wipe my face to cuz again shame.

realistically it does effect my interview doesn’t it especially because i want a demanding subject (medicine, emergency medicine when it comes to specifications)

any tips tricks etc?
