Honestly I've tried to be so patient but I don't even know what to do anymore

I've got a pioneer p115d turntable, Marantz pm44se and mission 762i speakers

Spent over 4 hours tryna set this up and it's just not working. I think the major issue right now is that I cannot balance the tonearm - and when I think it's balanced I will use the stylus weighing scale and it will say 0.3g and doesn't change when I change the tracking force to 2 -> not sure if the "shaft" or cylinder holding the counterweight is bent/broken lmk

Also regarding the tracking - when I put anti skate on anything above 1 it starts regressing back to starting position - first video is on anti skate 2 and second video it's on anti skate 1

Hello, still a noob at this stuff so forgive me but I got this turntable recently and have connected to a Marantz pm44se amp I also bought, which does have a phono preamp in. I do have some questions about this turntable tho as I'm unsure if I'm just doing everything completely wrong - will provide photos and videos and extra if needed

1. Any comments on the condition and quality of my stylus, cartridge and arm etc - also if it looks like how it should

2. The up and down lever is not actually doing anything when I switch it from up to down and vice versa - can I just do it manually or is there just a simple solution?

3. I've researched many videos and I feel like I'm doing similar things but my turntable just feels like it's not operating as it should and am I justdoing everything completely wrong
