Can anyone tell me what this is? Is it a tear trough, malar bags, or festoons?

I’m 23, and this line suddenly became noticeable around 6–8 months ago. It’s been really bothering me lately.

Can someone identify what it might be and let me know if it’s treatable or curable?

CPA FAR Preparation Doubt

I’m planning to start preparing for the CPA FAR exam. I already have access to Miles Education material and LMS, but I’m wondering if that alone is enough to pass, or if I should use Becker textbooks instead of Miles for better preparation.
