Been wanting a vintage road bike but the market seems crazy rn. Everything seems overpriced for trashed bikes from OfferUp. I decided to fix up a bike I’ve been having behind a shed for the last 6+ years that’s been getting rained on and sun for years. Scrubbed a ton of rust with steel wool, replaced some parts, still got a few things left to do. Today was nice and thought I should ride my bike as is but 2 1/2 miles in my chain snapped haha. Still had fun though.

Had been wanting a charcoal grill for a minute. I been using a propane grill that’s been in the family since I was child. Propane is cool to use on a weekday for some quick grilling, but I been wanting a charcoal grill. Using a charcoal grill seems more fun and I feel like you can get more creative. I finally pulled the trigger and got this Weber kettle grill. Just assembled it and bought a few items to get ready to grill. In an hour or so I will be going to the Mexican meat market by my house to buy some meat and corn to grill.

Any cool tips for a beginner on a charcoal grill??

Took rare time off from work and the day was nice, you know I had to go for a ride around the neighborhood.

I love Morrissey but i rarely listen to this album because the live tracks from this era are superior to the studio versions imo. Today I had free time to actually sit down & listen to music and fully soak it in. This album is so good, can’t believe I kinda neglect it, I love how the album ends with this calm sounding version of “there’s a place….”
