Hello All, I joined last month tcs and I received my salary for June month with monthly performance pay 100%.

I haven’t been allocated to a project code billable it will start from next month but I have been assigned code in timesheet which is currently in unbillable state. My deployment index shows 0% and I’m visiting everyday to office Just to swipe my card as informed by my manager to get wfo 85%.

Will my July month end have full monthly bonus or it will be affected due to this deployment index and what should i do here?

I joined tcs 2 weeks back and supervisor told me to work from home until he informs me my project allocation is not done yet.
It’s been 2 weeks I’m working from work will it affect my performance bonus?

I have just joined TCS three days before and next year I will be getting married my current location is in Mumbai. Next year I need to move to another state so this transfer of location is possible?
