I hired in directly as a 93 a few years ago. I have 8 YOE, currently at $121k. What is the expected increase when going from a 93 to a 94? I would be moving departments (Mfg to Eng).

I know of mid-levels who have gotten 15% for a promotion, so my thought would be an actual band level increase would be a lot more?

Any ideas? TIA.

I’ve been applying to GM jobs for years. I have 10 YOE, Eng degree from Canada, working for a direct competitor (in city) and can never make it past the screeening because of sponsorship. Why is it so limited?
I hire people all of the time from Canada but seems as if GM has a policy.

Annual Salary Review? I know it’s mostly a COLA but haven’t heard for my team.
