What food to avoid while on Reta ?

After being on Reta for a while. I’m trying to figure out which foods people tolerate well vs which foods make symptoms worse.

For those of you on Reta:
- What foods do you avoid completely (meals, ingredients or even spices) ?
- What foods trigger nausea, bloating, reflux, stomach pain, or diarrhea?
- Any foods that surprisingly became hard to tolerate?
- What foods have been easiest/safest for you to eat?

Right now, I am on 2mg a week. I see some side effects when I have cheat meal, fried or greasy food in general.

Edit: I am on diet, I eat healthy food. I mainly ask for food that is high in fat (healthy fat) or dairy products since I have a lot of cottage cheese, protein shakes and Greek yogurt.
