Just finished FL3 recently. Physics & Orgo got me this time on CP. How do I make the jump to a 510+? Testing mid june. (So a little under 4 weeks out)
For context, finished only sb2 and cars qpack1 so far in terms of aamc material. All of UW done. Captain hook for BB complete & Aidan for P/S. And I can only study 5-6 hours on weekdays. (Weekend for fl + review)
I'm a month out from my test date and am sitting at a 501 (127/122/126/126) so far (FL2) and am lost on what to do to get to 510. Been studying for months now. I've done captain hook for BB, aidan for PS. Finished all UW, made my own errors deck. But i'm struggling so much to keep up with everything. For AAMC material, i've only done SB2 so far (also have an errors deck for that, did it after FL2, breakdown was 75% bb, 65% cp & ps on it).
It's really frustrating trying to keep up with so many cards and decks now and also impossible along with getting a decent number of problems everyday w/ review. To add on to this, writing + summer classes has also been eating a lot of time so now my studying time is more limited to around 5-6 hours on most days. To just even complete my aidan cards for PS I need 2 hours a day. (excluding my UW deck, aamc deck, and equations deck). I know some people say prioritize questions and limit anki to an hour or two a day, but that's also an issue for me because then I just start forgetting a lot.
Completely lost and feel like I'm just pedaling in water. Would really appreciate some guidance and input on what to prioritize and focus on this last month. Really need 510.
So I'm a bit conflicted right now as to how I should list a paper on my app?
The paper/study was initially published (manuscript) into cureus. But then the same study with a different title was submitted as an abstract to another high impact journal by my PI.
How should I go about listing this?
Is there anyone here that got accepted MD with a high GPA (3.9+) and low MCAT (502-507)?
I have a high gpa (4.0), high research output (pubs), high impact ECs (started an official nonprofit), clinical experience, shadowing etc.
Biggest thing that will hold me back however it seems will be a low MCAT (testing end of May, at around a 503 so far on FLs). Hoping to get to 510+. But if I don’t, I don’t plan on retaking since I’m burnt out from studying for this exam now.

Everyone has been saying that their actual MCAT was much harder than any of the FLs lately. But I feel like that’s just because of emotions in the moment.
For those who have actually tested in the last few months, now that it’s been a while since you tested (and not the same day of), how similar do you think your exam was in terms of difficulty level to the FLs?
Got 128 on FL1 for BB and 126 on FL2 for BB. Finished Captain Hook deck + UW.
Is content at issue in this range or is it reasoning/experimental analysis and if so, how do I fix it?
For reference: Haven't really started aamc material yet.
Scheduled for May 30 as of now. Plateauing around a 501 right now (FL1/2 so far). Aiming for 510+ (not sure though if I’ll make it).
If can only get up to like a 505-508, should I just take it and apply within the first week?
Or should I push it back to end of June and try to push for 510+ (and would that be too late?)
