The main difference seems to me to be aesthetic:

Girl dinners are laid out in a cute way.

Boy dinners are served as a melted pile.

I would like to build a 2nd home on property owned by my family. There is already one house there and we are paying the mortgage.

Where should I start to begin the process? Who do I talk to first about getting plans submitted?
