I have an E100 John Deere lawnmower with a 31r977-0063-g1 Briggs engine. It has been a long story but at the end of it, the final problem is the crankshaft. The problem was caused after a rebuild by a dumbass who didn't refill the oil. Shut it off before it seized. Does anyone think I can smooth this down without a lathe or cnc?

This is a video from a year ago but I think I have more in another two pieces of firewood. I think they are Banded Ash Borer beatles, but the pattern isn't filled out. Filmed 20 miles Northwest of Houston, Texas.
