Hello first time with this and my brain is fried…. Here I am. I understand I need to make a “T” I have it on the blue side but how do I get the other sides??

Had strep, and while that was going on I had and still have major sores on tongue, cheeks and swelling gums, and sores and very painful roof of mouth.

Went to walk in, family doc and urgent care for treatment. Have a lot of meds to take but nothing really working yet. Any tips on what I might have and treatment?
