House cracks in beams and ceiling after UK ECO4 insulation scheme? Should i be worried
Im desperately paranoid about my living room ceiling which has never had cracks until recently, these seem to be increasing in size and have caused the plaster around a beam to come off completely
Im noticing more cracks in the room above in an adjacent area
Might anyone please be able to advise? Structural engineers are so costly 😞 with a wedding next year i am pinching pennies
We had outer insulation installed as part of the eco4 government scheme last year, never was an issue before then
