As the title says just looking for success/inspiration stories for ICI or IUI post 40 please

hi family. im so upset right now. i've been trying with my KD for months ICI no success. I just got an HSG and was excited about the temporary fertility boost...KD is on vacation in Mexico and went to a spa thing without knowing the damaging effects heat has on sperm. Im ovulating later this week and I feel so blown, it seems the next few cycles will be messed with/compromised sperm, the next few months where I have this "fertility boost" from the hsg. why does everything have to be so difficult :(

Hello...feeling a bit down. just got my period today, after another failed TWW. I just turned 42 in March. I have a son from a previous relationship I had in my 30s. When I was 40 I got pregnant accidently with a man I was dating who had low sperm count and bad morphology. That ended in a miscarriage. I've been trying via ICI with a known donor for 6 months. My AMH is 4.35 (no PCOS), I'm very healthy. I have a sister who conceived naturally at 48, live child. I just(naively) thought this would happen easier for me. And I know I haven't been trying nearly as long as others. Next week I am getting the HSG test and I know it temporarily boosts fertility, just a little bit. I was just hoping to hear some success stories from ppl who got pregnant post HSG. Anyone out there?
