It’s been a whole year I’ve had 2 inspections and both times brought it up and they noted it but never fixed anything, also I revived the property in the shittiest condition, 5 tires and wooden pallets in my overhead ledge and junk left in the house Thats cost me hundreds to remove and now this. I can’t handle a rent increase especially with the condition of the house and idk what to do besides submit a notice to remedy breach form 11. ALSO a window broke itself and they’re forcing me to pay for the fix :/
Edit: for context before I moved in the aircon was broken for 6+ years and they wouldn’t fix it for the previous tenant( my mother) she left the country and I moved in
