This poor baby is probably the most malnourished underweight gecko I’ve ever seen
I just rescued this and another gecko yesterday from a family who didn’t want them anymore. I am so angry at how bad they got before the family chose to re home them. They were being cohabited in the tank in the second picture, on bark. As soon as I got them home I gave them some water and the poor babies sat drinking for over 10 minutes straight. I separated them and today I’m getting some waxworms for them (I couldn’t yesterday because the store was closed) and I really hope I’ll be able to help them recover. I am unable to take them to a vet because the nearest exotic vet is 5 hours from me and my car over heats with no AC. I have kept several leopard geckos before though so I’m really hoping I can do them some good
