I’ll start. Imo Newbreak is the absolute best wave in San Diego, machine like point, great barrels, and a nice wall that bends towards you giving a nice canvas for turns. I could see Blacks being interchangeable if someone exclusively prefers beach break barrels.
What are some cash-flowing assets that high income earners invest into? Roughly 50% of my income gets taken by State and Federal taxes which sucks. I’d like to invest into cash flowing businesses to ideally use depreciation of business assets to reduce my taxable income.
Pretty new to having this level of income so I’d like to hear what others are doing.
