Hey everyone, quick reality check.
Yesterday, I bought a ₹35 MRP drink at a popular juice shop near the Mangalore bus lane. The guy charged me ₹38. When I asked why, he casually said: "₹35 for normal, ₹38 for cold."
Bro, what? 😂 Since when is using the fridge an extra tax?
This is the second time this happened to me in Udupi (last time was near the city bus stand). I didn't make a scene and just walked away, but it’s been bothering me.
It’s not about the ₹3, it’s the principle. We get so many tourists and Manipal students here , this just makes our city look greedy over pocket change.

Am I being petty or should we actually start reporting this?
Has anyone else faced this here lately?
