Company A – Worked for ~2 months in 2021; I absconded from this role.

Company B – Joined after that

Company C – Then moved here

Company D – Currently employed

All of these are Tier 2 / Tier 3 companies.

I am now planning to interview with MNCs and have a concern regarding background verification (BGV). The first company (Company A) is reflected in my PF history with an exit date recorded.

Will this short tenure and absconding case create issues during BGV?

Would it be advisable to exclude Company A from my resume?

I have also tried reaching out to Company A to complete formalities or obtain a relieving letter (even offering to settle dues), but haven’t received any response.

Looking for guidance on how to handle this situation.
