This copy has a couple very faint scratches, looks like there is a compound in the middle of the disc a sign that it’s been resurfaced. Don’t see any delaminating. Not sure what I can do to verify this disc is cooked or not. Just keeps saying unrecognized disc
I’ve been trying to download games from vimmslair. Can’t seem to figure it out no matter what I do. Seems to be a file with a a bunch of other files within the download folder from whatever game. When I transfer entire file to ps3 via FTP it does not work. Do I need to change or convert these files prior to transfer?
Anyone willing to give me a step by step guide would be insanely helpful!
As title explains, I download games from pkgi, restart console > download management > go into package manager < PlayStation network content < install whatever game… after this is done the game is no where to be found??

Is there any disadvantages between using one or the other? If money wasn’t an obstacle I’d go for internal sad but external sad are far more affordable especially when you get in to the 1-2TB.
If I were to go with an external ssd would there be any downsides in terms of store games, load times any issues vs just using an internal ssd?
How are we modding ps3 now? I can’t find a single way to jailbreak my cech-2501b, without the use of ps3xploit.
