At 15k. After 1 year of investing

32M. After starting my investing journey just last year, I’m now consistently putting away $1,000 a month (plus occasional contributions in downturn). But the real scaling starts now. I’m about to transition into a new job, and my absolute priority with the salary increase is to immediately bump up my monthly contributions.

32M (in Europe) - Investing for our child and retirement. 100% QQQM, increasing from $1k/month to $2k/month.

My wife and I have decided to invest for both our child's future and our retirement through a single portfolio.

We've been investing $1,000/month into QQQM and are planning to increase that to $2,000/month.

Crossed $10k, a milestone for us.

The incredible shrinking influence of Putin’s Russia

Pashinyan’s party lacks a large enough parliamentary majority to initiate constitutional change through a referendum. Azerbaijan is insisting that it drop references in the constitution to Nagorno-Karabakh as a precondition for normalisation. The US and EU should try to persuade Baku to drop that demand or at least delay it. They should also lean on Azerbaijan and Turkey to open up their borders and trade flows to show Armenians some of the benefits of peace.

The idea is to combine childcare allowance with some of my own money (around $1,000 total) and invest.

At first, I bought VGT, but I’ve since reconsidered and am leaning toward simplifying everything into QQQM for consistency.

Time horizon is long-term, so I’m not focused on short-term volatility.

Current thinking: Start with QQQM as the core holding and add every month (plus occasional contributions)

Keeping it simple rather than splitting across multiple similar ETFs
