I see alot of people mad that all Apple talked about was AI, which not even the iPhone 15 Pro will support all of those features (which is stupid because it was supposed to be "the AI phone"). I don't think it's a huge deal, but c'mon, dictation won't even be better on the iPhone 14 series??
If you have another device running a stable release, turn off restrictions on that device, it should sync from iCloud to your other devices, fixing them. Do not try to turn them off from the parent's device though, it will not work. In my case my iPhone 14 Pro and 11 Pro were sharing the same iCloud, on iOS 27 Beta 1. I went on my MacBook running macOS 26 and turned off restrictions (from the "child" account).
