help! overprocessed. do i go back and get the curl relaxed?
hi! so i got a lash lift this past saturday. tried a new place as my usual girl doesn’t love doing them often so i thought why not. big mistake! right when i was done they looked perfect, but after driving home just 10 mins they curled up like crazy and looked awful!! i texted the esthetician who did them and she didn’t respond (obv she was busy) so i texted my usual esthetician who advised me to immediately wash my lashes with soap and water bc of how bad they looked! so i did. i reached out to the salon owner - who i know- and explained what happened. and she said they could have me come back in for a reset to relax the curl- as long as my lashes were healthy enough. i’m very skeptical to return to the same place as they messed it up in the first place. but i’ve spoken with 2 other trusted estheticians who recommended i go back to the same place as to not mix different brands of chemicals. i am going on vacation on friday and im extremely insecure about how my lashes look. i dont think i can enjoy my trip like this. and its a very special trip. should i get the relaxing treatment?? im scared to make it worse but im really upset about this! i’ve had 4 lash lifts previously and never had anything like this occur.
