Hello, since January I’ve been having presyncope without actually passing out. It’s paired with lightheadedness, shaking, nausea, sometimes severe headaches. It’s not Vertigo, blood tests good - history of anxiety, depression, PCOS. Taking sertraline and Aripiprazole. Doctors keep dismissing me because my tests don’t show anything suspicious. I’m worried and lost. I don’t think it’s psychological.
