About four days ago, I was playing Fortnite with my nephew. I normally run the game at a stable 180–240 FPS, but out of nowhere it started dipping down to 25 FPS with very inconsistent frame times.
Since then I've tried:
None of this fixed it. Temperatures are normal — no overheating on either component. During gameplay, both my CPU and GPU show 100% load, but my CPU usually maxes out around 60% and my GPU around 30% in this game, so seeing both pinned at 100% is unusual.

Could this be caused by a bad Windows update? Not sure what changed to suddenly tank performance like this.
