If yall don’t care about the taste or are used to go with this
recently moved back to India for college as an NRI. Back home, gym etiquette was simple: don't hog machines when it's busy, but if the gym is empty, you're fine.
My usual incline cardio takes 26–28 minutes (~300 cals). After learning about the strict "15-minute rule" at my new gym, I shifted my workouts to off-peak hours to avoid blocking anyone. However, the staff still stops me at 15 minutes, even when the gym is empty and other treadmills are free.
If all three treadmills were full and someone was waiting, I’d gladly step off. But being stopped mid-session on an empty machine feels ridiculous.
Is this standard in Indian gyms, or is management just power-tripping? How should I handle this with them?
Asked Gemini to write don’t mind.
Tdlr: gym staff saying I can’t do treadmill for more than 15min even tho it’s empty
So I have my Apple ID logged on 3 devices currently

Hey guys,
I’m a 19M, just finished two absolutely brutal drop years for NEET and I am officially done. I have basically nothing to do right now and the boredom is hitting hard. (Outside India rn not trip😭 I’m NRI)
I’m flying back to Hyderabad on August 1st and I want to immediately head out on a trip. None of my friends are free (they’re all locked up in college/classes), but I really want to get out there. I love the idea of traveling solo, but I don’t want to be completely alone the whole time—I want to meet a bunch of random, cool people my age, have some good vibes, and just exist in a judgment-free zone for a week.
I’m looking at booking one of those organized backpacking group trips (where you book solo and they group you with 10–15 other travelers).
Where can I find it like that
Hey guys, just wanted to share a huge personal milestone because I’m honestly bursting with pride right now.
Today I finally picked up the iPhone 17, and last week I got an iPad. Zero pocket money, zero gifted money, and absolutely no parental funding. I paid for both entirely with my own money.
My previous phone was an iPhone 13 that my dad used for 2 years before passing it down to me. Having a fresh, box-opened phone that is completely mine hits different.
I’m joining med school this year, so getting these tools feels like a massive upgrade for the journey ahead. If you’re working on your own grind right now, keep going.
Just wanted to share this win with you all! ❤️
So I live abroad and I’m buying a 17. Have to sell my 13 at 78% battery health
