Made this 45s motion graphics ad for a B2B client (K3 Group)

This is a recent project I did for K3 Group, a full 45 second ad using After Effects + Premiere. Wanted to share it here and get some honest feedback from the community.

Still learning and improving every project, so if you spot anything that could be better (pacing, transitions, typography, whatever) I'm all ears. Also curious where you'd place this level of work, intermediate or pro?

Thanks in advance 🙏

Title: I made a plugin that transfers Figma designs into After Effects as editable layers (looking for feedback)

So I kept running into the same problem: designing UI/motion frames in Figma, then having to manually rebuild everything in After Effects layer by layer, losing gradients, grouping, and text editability in the process.

I built Prism to fix that. It's a CEP extension that reads your Figma layers and imports them straight into AE as native, editable layers.

What it handles:

Native shape layers (not flattened SVGs)

Gradients & fills preserved

Full layer hierarchy + grouping

Editable text layers

Component support

One-click import

It's live on Figma Community, and I'm looking for 5 people to actually try it on a real project and tell me honestly what's broken or missing. If you're down to test it and leave feedback, I'll send you a free key.

Any feedback (good or brutal) is genuinely appreciated 🙏

How long does it take for a Figma plugin to be reviewed?

Hello,

I recently submitted a plugin to Figma, and it is still under review. I was wondering how long the process usually takes, as it seems to be taking a bit longer than expected.

I would also be interested to hear about your experience with the review process and how long it took for your plugin to be approved.

Is my level really bad?

I don’t know, my friends. I don’t know if my level is bad. I can’t get clients even though I improved my level, built a professional platform for submitting requests, and created a system to track the service. On top of that, I worked in a marketing company to gain marketing experience and combine it with my service.

I built a plan targeting SaaS, and I even bought a LinkedIn subscription to reach as many people as possible. Each time I change my outreach strategy, I send over 700 messages, but most of them get no reply. Some people reply saying they will request the service when they need it. My targeting was precise, and I adjusted it a bit, but the result stayed the same. Then I collected their emails, but still no response.

Alright, no problem. I moved to Upwork, where clients request services directly. I applied to many offers, studied each one carefully, and changed my proposal approach several times. After all this, I only got one client in about two months. Is the problem my skills? Do I need to improve more, or what? Even though I noticed problems on clients’ websites and suggested logical solutions.

I have reached a point of frustration, but I cannot go back now. I have to continue. Here is the video, and I would like your opinion on my level. Is it bad? I would appreciate guidance from you if possible. Thank you very much.
