Beginner Friendly?

Is etrade beginner friendly? I have a 401k from a previous job that I want to rollover to etrade to take advantage of their RETIRE26 promotion alongside their HYSA promo SAVING26. My friend says Fidelity is more user friendly but they don't offer any promotions.

John Wick 5oz silver Arabic Oath Marker with UV Fingerprint

Finally saw this at a local show. Haven't seen the UV fingerprint anywhere including online. Pretty cool, but pretty pricey too lol. Any idea on values?
