This is probably an easy one, but I haven’t had luck finding it.

I heard this in Super Mario 64 youtube poops probably around 2010 (ahh good times). I think this is probably a song from a Zelda game.

M/26/5’5 [300lbs > 160lbs = 140lbs] (51 months) The only constant is change🧘

After going from 300lbs to 132lbs, I got a tummy tuck which was life-changing. I then slowly shot up to around 180lbs, transitioned, and then lost another 20lbs over that period.

I’m going to continue losing weight until I reach the 130lbs region very slowly and safely, then get a consultation to remove excess skin from my love handles. Ideally, and in a perfect world where I have money, I’d maintain my weight in the 130’s region, get love handle skin removal surgery, get inner thigh skin removal surgery, then slowly gain weight in a lean and controlled manner while going to the gym.

Unfortunately, we don’t live in a perfect world and I will probably not be able to afford any more surgeries. In that case, I will do the same exact plan as above except without the surgeries. Thankfully, a majority of my loose skin was in the tummy region, and it’s gone now. There is some loose skin in my love handle and inner thigh area, but not enough for it to be a hindrance in my dating life. And to be fair, the skinny picture of me is still relatively early in a transition (7 1/2 months) and I’m currently cutting. Weight cycling and time alone will more than likely be enough to fill in the remaining loose skin, or at the very least improve it. We shall see!

I lost a ton of weight, gained some weight, and now have been slowly losing weight since the start of the transition.
