I’m wanting to pick up makeup soon and I was wondering what are somethings I could do to make myself look more feminine (preferably as cheap as possible I’m broke).

I understand that this community is pretty small however I do feel like there is enough people for local groups to form that host events and similar things especially in big cities. (Ps if anyone could make an event like that in NYC a reality that would be amazing)
