Why are they cheaper by about half?

Was trying to use some guns that I haven't used and I saw this and even though the stats are better and even in range they pack quite a punch why does not one use it?

Found it on a body possible from the experimental air drop on farm LD and there were no notes on this being back this season and no I did not find this in S12 so I thought they removed it

How to actually scope in?

So I was playing farm LD and was up against some t,6,7 and t5 players and I killed two of the four but being a three finger player I couldn't scope in time which I could have and which led me to my death

I just don't know how to play without scope and being bad at Recoil control it's hard to play what is your solution for you to play with a scope and yes I do use peek for auto scoping and it's a pain in the ass to use when u have a small phone with barely any game sense or game play

I use my right thumb to aim and fire, my left thumb for moving and left index finger for peeking and being a casual player I don't use much of bluetooth for help with sound and enemy positioning
