I'm looking for a short-form video (not sure which platform) of a guy with dark hair and glasses looking kind of down into a camera, singing in the style of all the early 2000s alt bands. While he sings, he says what he's doing (e.g. singing without stopping, changing the key, etc.). The consensus is pretty split that it's an exact parody of Interpol or The Killers, but I cannot seem to use the right words to find it and I don't remember the name of the creator or anything.

I don't have the need to know how to find vehicle title info, but twice in the last ~year I have needed to look it up for one reason or another. Most online places charge you for the report and then won't provide ownership history. Is this something that is even obtainable without a subpoena? I'd like to avoid that if possible just for the sake of saving time, but we might end up having to go that route anyway.
