Why are my shorts dying even with good metrics?

Ive been making alot of shorts lately and always get over 1k views, but im struggling to understand why good metrics like this dont surpass 2k views(which is my all time high) my video from 4 days ago has 56.4% stayed and 65.2% retention, which is the type of metrics i hear from videos that get 10s of thousands if not 100s of thousands of views, and im just wondering what im doing wrong? this video has been flat at 1k views since the first 4 hours of upload. my more recent videos have 1200 views and have flatlined with over 100% retention and over 60% stayed but nothing ever climbs past 2k views, and advice or insight onto why this happens?

What can i do for my next video to imporve the engagement metrics?

This is my latest Valorant short, ive tried adding everything i possibly can to promote engagement, it has by far my best metrics so far. Im looking for ways to get more likes and comments, ive really stepped up with the way i edit since my first video, i went to trying to edit more complex back to less editing which i feel looks better, i spoke properly for the first time in this video and made more of a how to video. even though the metrics are strong the engagement is low, any advice on what i can do to improve would be great. (could always leave a like and comment on the video) but not required id take the advice over an extra like or comment any day of the week 👌

What is the most "low-skill, high-reward" utility setup in the game right now?

We all know about insane Radiant aim, but what is a basic utility trick or lineup like a Cypher setup or a universal Viper wall that completely wins rounds without needing mechanical skill? I'm trying to expand my agent pool and want some sneaky tricks in my pocket.
