“studio” setup help

I’m a guitar player and recently been thinking about pulling the trigger on some Neural DSP plugins, but outside of my laptop I’m not sure which products are a good budget friendly choice.

I need monitors, an audio interface, and maybe some headphones, I just don’t know enough about these things to know which is worth the money and which isn’t. For example, do I want passive or active monitors?

The “studio” will be a bedroom setup. The budget is about $1,200 (if I can get in under that, even better).

If I’m missing any other gear I need I’d appreciate the help.

Modded iPods for Sale?

Sorry if this is common sense for some of you, but where can someone buy pre-moded iPod classics?

I’m looking for something with the traditional case colors (or hell, maybe even atomic purple), with usb-C, better battery, more storage, etc.

If anyone can drop some links I’d really appreciate it.

What the h*ll is going on here?

The first image is the album I purchased from a few years ago; all the songs are contained in a single album, no problem there.

The issue starts today when I go to purchase “Hand In My Pocket”. The 3rd image is the one in iTunes that shows my “complete my album” along with it showing “purchased” next to the other titles I already own, so I decide to purchase “Hand In My Pocket” from that album. However it shows up as an entirely new album, separate from my previously purchased partial album.

No problem, the album title don’t match perhaps that’s my problem. So I find the other album on iTunes the “remaster” and purchase the song from that album, thinking I’ll just request a refund for the other and have all the songs in one place. SURPRISE! This one ALSO appears as an entirely separate album in my music.

How the hell do I fix this? I now have 2 versions of the same song from ostensibly the same album which are somehow different from each other, neither of which corresponds to the album I already owned.

What the fuck Apple.

Leuchtturm Paper Question

I recently received my first Leuchtturm, one of their classic notebooks in A5. Before I begin writting in it I’m curious if the 80gsm paper will hold up to my pen of choice which is the Pilot Precise V7. Does anyone have any experience with this combination?

I used this pen in my previous journal (amazon special) whose paper seems slightly thicker and held the ink well without bleeding through the back.

Thanks in advance.
